Инфа из первых рук: европейские стандартные версии выдают такую же ошибку на попытку активировать HotS ключиком из русской коллекционки!

Я так поняла, вас прокатили с КИ, которые можно ставить только на русские аккаунты, хотя обещали на евро? =)

Тогда близзы должны оооочень долго извиняться и еще что-то подарить

Если бы там тока пострадали владельцы КИ было бы меньше шума....пострадали все у кого евро и ру записи на учетке батлы в ск2....мы до сих пор не можем поиграть

Ну, в любом случае, Blizzard оправдания нет.

Думаю, будут через тех. поддержку для русской КИ поднимать учетку до евро, так вроде было уже в какой-то игре у них...

Я апгрейдил евро коллекционку обычным евро ключом - все прошло без проблем. Но при входе в игру мне предложили выбрать аккаунт один из двух: StarCraft II1 и StarCraft II2. O_o

I just wanted to hop in to give you a bit more information about this issue.

In short, if you have purchased a Russian Collector’s Edition and it is not working as an upgrade to your Wings of Liberty account, please contact Customer Service and they will correct the matter for you as quickly as they can.

The reason this is an issue has to do with some complicated account concerns that are honestly difficult to explain. Here are a few key points that are relevant to the conversation for all others dealing with upgrade concerns for Russian accounts:

• If you have a Russian language-locked Wings of Liberty account and you’d like to upgrade to Swarm, you can either purchase a language-locked version of Swarm or choose to unlock your languages by purchasing a European account.
  
• If you have a European license for Wings (with all languages unlocked) and would like to upgrade to Swarm, you will need to purchase an European language license for Swarm.
  
• Previous to the implementation of Global Play, if you had two Wings of Liberty licenses on your Battle.net account (one Russian and one European), then you will need to do the following:
  
  • Go here and log in with your Battle.net account.
    
  • Select “StarCraft II”.
    
  • Select “У меня проблема с оплатой услуги или покупкой игры.”
    
  • Select “I have two game accounts and am unable to upgrade my Russian game account.”
    
    Our Customer Service department will respond to you via email when your account has been processed and you will be able to purchase and install Heart of the Swarm. When you do so, both of your game accounts will be upgraded to Heart of the Swarm with one purchase, and both will have the same Russian language settings.

Thanks for your patience on this. I assure you that our Customer Service department is keenly aware of these issues and is standing by to help you. We are facing a bit of a backlog on this issue so please keep that in mind when awaiting your response. We'll have you in playing Swarm as quickly as we possibly can!
